What is My Shopiya Account?

My Shopiya Account is for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account" on Craftsvilla you can
  • Manage/edit all your personal data like name, address and phone numbers.
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders
  • See your Order History

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have successfully placed your order on Shopiya.com, your order is processed immediately. Shopiya will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Shopiya account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. In case of Cash on delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopiya.com.

Shopping and Payment

Is it necessary to have a Shopiya account to shop?

While it is not necessary to browse through Shopiya.com but you need to have a Shopiya account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.

How do I make a payment for a product on Shopiya.com?

Shopiya offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Shopiya and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment. In case of any concerns after opening the parcel, you can contact us on support@shopiya.com.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Shopiya and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether in process or complete, that you have placed with Shopiya.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Sign In” link in the top right of any page on our store and Sign In to your account. This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “Order History” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the order to view he details. When your order is shipped out from the Seller’s warehouse, the shipping status of your order will be reflected in your “Order History” section.

What do the different order status mean?

  • In Process: The Seller has received the order you have placed on Shopiya.com and is processing your order.
  • Shipped: The Seller has shipped your order out of his/her warehouse and it is on its way to your delivery location.
  • Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

When and how can I cancel an order?

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However in the case of Cash on Delivery, only and only if your order has not been shipped yet; you can directly contact the Seller and place a request to Cancel your Order.

Packaging, Shipping and Delivery

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at the Seller’s warehouse - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

What are the delivery charges?

Sellers provide free delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items. Sellers on Shopiya are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders.. All orders get shipped within 3 working days from the Sellers’ warehouse.

How will the delivery be done?

  • All deliveries are processed through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, the Seller will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by their courier partners.

Does Shopiya deliver the orders?

Shopiya.com is only an online Shopping platform and does not participate in the shipment of items. The shipment is taken care of by the Sellers associated with Shopiya.com.They use DHL, DTDC and FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items on Shopiya.com are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of the courier partners. Once your order has been shipped by the Seller, you can view the tracking number of your order from “My Order History”.

Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on Shopiya.com, replaced?

We have easy return policy so that you can buy any products at ease and without stress. Notify the Seller of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt of the product.
